- Tournament participation history and results

We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Player verification and age confirmation
- Calculating and displaying rankings
- Communicating tournament updates and OPC news
- Improving our services and user experience
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We share your ranking data (name, nationality, and points) publicly on our rankings page. We may share your verification status with OPC-certified tournament organizers to facilitate entry. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our analytics provider, Microsoft Clarity, processes anonymised usage data only if you accept analytics cookies — see Cookies below.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Ranking history is retained indefinitely as part of our public records. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

7. Cookies
We use one analytics tool on this site, and it does not run until you say yes.
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing analytics-related loads before you answer. If you decline, we clear anything that was set previously and load nothing further. The site works exactly the same either way — declining costs you nothing.
What we use
Microsoft Clarity shows us how people use this site: which pages get read, where visitors stop scrolling, what they click. It records anonymised session data and does not capture what you type into forms. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
What gets stored, and for how long
- _clck — Microsoft Clarity. About 1 year. Set only if you accept.
- _clsk — Microsoft Clarity. About 1 day. Set only if you accept.
- opc-consent — stored by this site in your browser. About 12 months. Records whether you accepted or declined so we don't ask again on every page. This one is stored either way: we cannot remember your choice without it.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Accepting starts analytics straight away. Declining clears the analytics cookies and reloads the page, so nothing keeps running in the background.
What loads regardless
Some things load without asking, because the page needs them rather than because they track you:
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. We are working on hosting them ourselves.
- Supabase. Our rankings, tournament listings and sign-up form read and write data directly from our database. Without it those pages are empty.
- jsDelivr. A content delivery network that serves the database client library used by those pages.
Legal basis
For analytics, our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Analytics is off by default: nothing loads until you accept, and you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, which takes effect immediately.
