How the OPC Ranking Works

Players earn ranking points based on finishing position and tournament size — the better you place, and the bigger the field, the more it counts.

Simply entering an event puts 3 points on the board, just for showing up and competing. It's our way of rewarding the players who put themselves out there, event after event.

Make it to the final table and you'll earn more, with each step higher up the standings worth more than the last — finishing 4th is worth more than finishing 8th, and finishing 1st is the most.

The more players in the field, the more those points are worth: finishing first in a 60-player event earns more points than finishing first in a 32-player event, because winning against a deeper field is a bigger achievement.

Your ranking is based on your 10 best results from the last 12 months — so your leaderboard position always reflects your current form, not just a lucky run early on.
