Responsible Gaming
Our Commitment
At OPC Europe, we believe poker should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to promoting a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all players. While OPC focuses on skill-based tournament poker, we recognize our responsibility to support player wellbeing.
Age Verification
All OPC players must be at least 18 years of age. We require identity and age verification before any player can appear in our official rankings or participate in OPC-certified tournaments. Tournament organizers in our network are required to verify player age at the door.
Responsible Play Guidelines
We encourage all players to follow these guidelines:
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it
- Play for enjoyment, not as a source of income
- Take regular breaks during long sessions
- Never play under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Don't chase losses — know when to walk away
- Keep poker balanced with other activities in your life
Warning Signs
If you or someone you know is experiencing any of the following, it may be time to seek help:
- Spending more money or time on poker than you can afford
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed about poker results
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund play
- Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities
- Lying to others about how much you play or spend
